In the paper the authors consider urgency of founding of electronic abstract scientific-technical journal. This abstract journal used as tool of information sorting and concentration of scientific publication of Institute of Electromechanics, Energy Saving and Control Systems at one edition. Traditional methods of presentation and distribution of scientific information incompletely carry out their function and satisfy information needs of researchers. Under internet rapid development many publishing company start to give electronic version of their edition in different forms: online or at websites. Electronic versions of editions cardinally differs from published editions by information performing peculiarity, materials propagation velocity, economic profitability, opportunity of interactive communion with authors, and, most impotent, availability at any point of the world. The journal structure and grounding of program tools of abstract journal implementation are shown. Using all function of such edition make it possible to essentially change nature of works with abstract information and expedite processing of information sources under scientific and searching research carrying out, not only for institute employees, but for all experts in electromechanics and energy-resource-saving. Online abstract journal serves as tool of efficient and operative acquaintance with scientific-technical information at electromechanics and electrical engineering. That facility of online abstract journal is determinative criterion in admission of novelty and priority researches.

In the paper basic components of vocational guidance snapping to professional formation and progress of person are considered. As result of vocational guidance components analysis, key points of vocational guidance of higher education institution are located. On the basis of located key points list of vocational guidance operation is created. Created operation list is divided by implementation levels: general institution level and level of graduating department. The practical implementation of each operation of vocational guidance is considered. Also influence of this operations on efficiency of vocational guidance company of engineering specialties is examined. Today institution of higher education must to give great consideration to advertisement at Internet environment. Number of university entrants with possibilities to be accepted at engineering specialties depends on list of competitive disciplines of external independent testing.

In the paper parameters required for determination of switched reluctance motor inductance are analyzed. The two groups of required factors are extracted: angle factors and level factors. As result of literary sources review formulas required for extracted factors obtaining are selected. The universal algorithm of inductance parameters calculation for any type of motor is formed. The algorithm supported by required rating formulas. As known basic electromagnetic parameters of switched reluctance motor depends on stator and rotor tooth zones configuration. The tooth zones configuration depends on number of poles on phase and number of phases. Using number of poles on phase and number of phases data as basis the analytic dependence for determination of inductance parameters according to created algorithm are obtained. The three-dimensional surfaces of obtained analytic dependence were plotted and information value of obtained analytic dependence is analyzed.
