Development and Application of Pedagogical Science Achievements at Educational Practice

In the paper effectiveness of students training using combination of traditional training methods and information and communication technologies are researched. Such methods combination let us to estimate information learning effectiveness by students and to purposeful form auditorium, unassisted and individual work. In what follows such methods combination let us to optimize lessons schedule. Using cybernetic models we can quantitatively estimate training process quality that permit to increase effectiveness of teaching material learning and training quality as result. The determining of time of individual and tutorial lessons conducting for effectively training information learning is ensured by using obtained regression models.

The article is devoted to determination of levels of professionally oriented skills of future primary school teachers to implement personal-oriented approach to sports-mass work with pupils. The results of pedagogical experiment are analyzed, organized and conducted among university students of I and II levels of accreditation. The relevance of the study is that, according to the realities of modern high school one of the main objectives is to develop professionally oriented skills of future primary school teachers. Efforts for implementing personal-oriented approach to sports-mass work with primary school pupils takes into consideration individual physical and psychological characteristics of the child, interests, physical training, disclosure of personal abilities of primary school pupil. The research shows degree of formation, communicative and organizational skills of future teachers, providing subject-subjective interaction with each child and staff in the process of personal-oriented approach to sports-mass work with primary school pupils, determined by professional criteria and corresponding levels (high, medium and low). Low level of professionally directed criterion is characterized by insufficient constructive, communicative, organizational skills and the skills needed to provide subject-subjective interaction with each child individually and the staff in general. Intermediate professionally directed criterion is characterized by the advanced constructive, communicative, organizational skills and the skills to provide subject-subjective interaction with each child and the staff. The high level of professionally directed criterion is characterized by formed constructive, communicative, organizational skills and the skills to provide subject-subjective interaction with each child and the staff. Method of "Assessment of professional orientation of the teacher’s personality" was used to assess the level of professional orientation. The dynamic data of formation of readiness for professional directional criterion of the experimental and control groups are highlighted. Demonstrated teaching experiment results indicate significant positive changes of levels of readiness by professional directed criterion of the experimental group, due to the introduction in the educational process of preparation active teaching methods aimed at developing the creative potential of primary school teachers, using problem-based method, methods of the processing discussion issues, business games, carrying the developed scenarios of sporting events.

The article is part of the results and their analysis of the pilot study of methodological competence of teachers in the Magistracy of the specialty "pedagogy in higher school". In accordance with the defined components of the methodical competence as the integrative properties of personality, highlighted four major signs of this ability in the future masters: information-semantic criterion; motivational-based criterion; management and technological criteria; samoosvìtnìj criterion. For each criterion, defined a set of indicators that are used in the diagnosis of researched properties in future teachers.

Information and Communication Technologies at Education

Modern society is a society of global communication in which management becomes open and dynamic in using information and communication technology, with advanced operational feedback and reduced time for approval and managerial decision making, that’s why it is called information.

The sphere of education in the information society must outpace informatization of other human activities, because knowledge and skills gained in the process of education are the foundation of all human activities, determine their orientation, rate of development and usefulness.

The article is devoted to revealing relationships of the education system and information society and predicted reactions of the education system to the challenges of the modern information society. Current state of society development is characterized; it is proved that in the information society the sphere of education must outpace computerization in other spheres of human activity. The basic parameters of the information society and its essence are revealed; it pays attention to the fact that modern globalization processes require knowledge of the community. Priority areas of modernization of education system in the information society are highlighted. Authors determined challenges of the information society to the education system; the contents of the challenges of the information society and responses of education system to them are revealed; it is focused on threats of the information society for education.

Universal character of informatization of modern society reveals new tasks and creates new trends in development of contemporary pedagogy. Information society presents certain challenges for modern system: technological, information, globalization, socio-economic, moral and multicultural. The education system must take into account the challenges of the information society and respond to them promptly and adequately, also it must consider threats of information society for education and contribute for replacing traditional plane of investigation problems of the educational process to research problems of information activity in its implementation.

Promising directions of researches can be: requirements for the quality of education in the information society; continuous education in the information society; multicultural education in the information society.

The article presents the most important principles, the comprehensive implementation of which influences the quality of training of future economists by means of information and communication technologies. These principles include the principles of state policy of Ukraine, the principles of educational process organization, and the teaching principles.

The principles of state policy of Ukraine reflect the nature and characteristic features of the state policy in the sphere of education.

The principles of intensification of cognitive activity of future economists are referred to the principles of the professional training organization.

Among the principles of teaching are those that define the content, organizational forms and methods of professional training of future economists by means of information and communication technologies and ensure its effectiveness.

The article outlines the principles included in each group and revealed their contents.
