DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF AGRARIAN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS BY SELF-EDUCATION

In the article the structure of self-education of the future teacher of higher agricultural education institution, which in our view is a necessary condition for a qualitative consideration of effective ways of its development. Requirements increasingly put a question before the scientific-pedagogical staff "Through which technologies will become a more efficient process for preparation of highly qualified specialist?". Change the slogan "Lifelong Education" to "Education for life" indicates that the use of traditional technologies and the Organization of independent work enables the personality of the future teacher of higher agricultural institutions run mechanism of self-development, and study narrows the range of organizational ability and professional skills. In the article structured main didactic objectives, content, methods, sources and functions of pedagogical university future teachers of agrarian self-education that visualizes the specified items.

The article reveals the notion of humanism in terms of its understanding in the aspect of the educational concept and implementation in the educational process. Special attention is focused on the need for teachers to use their professional activity principles of democratic pedagogy instead of authoritarian pedagogy. It provides pieces of advice for implementing humanitarian foundations in the process of interaction with students.

CONCEPTUAL APPROACHES TO CREATING A MANUAL OF DISCIPLINE «FUNDAMENTALS OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH IN THE FIELD OF ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY»

To improve students study module course "Fundamentals of scientific research in the field of environmental safety" logic connections between topics by leading problems of discipline should be developed, the development of concepts, the relationship with the application of scientific knowledge content of the subject area, the development of research competence, interdisciplinary communication. In the structure of the theme it is expedient to provide the following components: introduction to the problem (motivation), the main text threads conclusions of the previous material relationship with the future one, questions and tasks for self-control. The text of the main content of the topic should be short, accessible to perception, with a great number of illustrations. Methodical instrumentation of the manual will organize the effective work on practical exercises and independent work of students. Developed questions of various difficulty degrees for future environmental specialists should be focused on the development of their professional skills. The issuing the manual exactly is substantiated by a modular design, which involves improving the structure, providing an optimum combination of the structural components of the training manual for the development of the student's learning tools, a variety of modern illustrative material.

The article presents the results of the Declaration and the forming pedagogical experiment development phases of professional teachers ' self-educational competence of future high school. The study carried out quantitative and qualitative analysis of the results of the pedagogical experiment summarized the data. Found that only targeted, systematic involvement of future teachers for independent cognitive activity, aimed at a thorough mastery of the knowledge, abilities and skills, the development of key competences a teacher, their ability to self-educational activity.

The task of the paper is to determine the structure of independent study culture of future economists. The basic components of the independent study culture are defined and described on the basis of cultural, systemic, activity, learner-centered and acmeological methodological approaches. The components include: motivational, professionally-personal, cognitive, acmeological ones. The research of the structure of independent study culture and the analysis of its components are the background for making a new pedagogical technology of independent study culture formation at high level among future economists by means of distance learning and teaching at High school.

The draft Concept of Education of Ukraine for the period 2015-2025 was developed by the Strategic Advisory Group "Education" (SSG "Education"), determined that in the educational sector in the country over the past decades have accumulated numerous systemic problems. Among them, the principal called the decline in the quality of education, the fall of the student’s level of knowledge and skills, slow and asystemic update the content of education, the lack of an effective system of monitoring and controlling the quality of education, obsolescence of methods and techniques of training, etc. In terms of socio-economic instability in the country a lot of young people are choosing the specialty of economic activities or career as an entrepreneur. However, to succeed in a career specialist with economic education is only possible provided that such education will ensure the competitiveness of the graduates in the labor market. To prepare students for successful economic activities in the future, higher education should not only provide its graduates with specialized training, and to create a learning special educational innovation environment in which students will be motivated to learn, get the skills and ability to independently acquire the necessary professional knowledge throughout life, and to apply this knowledge in practice.

Considered the reaction living organisms by electromagnetic fields. Described the stages of studying the effects of noise and electromagnetic radiation on biota. The characteristic method of research shows the measuring point. The dependence of activity test objects (Drosophila melanogaster L., Daphnia magna Straus) the duration and intensity of harmful factors. Analyzed differences response of biological systems under the action of symmetric and asymmetric modes of induction motors industrial power. Critical levels of the magnetic field that cause depletion and loss of test objects.
