Development and Application of Pedagogical Science Achievements at Educational Practice

ANDRAGOGICAL PRINCIPLES OF ADULTS EDUCATION REFORMING

The paper analyzes the current state of modern continuing education in Ukraine and the ways of its reformation. Modern researches in adult education were considered and analyzed. Structured presentation and classification of varieties of continuing professional education were offered. Main directions of professional education improvement were determined. An integrated approach of the modern educational service system implementation based on lifelong learning was offered. The principles of cooperation between local government, State Employment Service, employers, training centers for providing educational services for citizens were explained. Ways of implementation of applied information system for evaluating the quality of postgraduate education and for providing career adaptation of the workforce were offered. Individual and group assessment criteria of efficiency of vocational education on the basis of continuous monitoring of the professional career of graduates were submitted.

The article deals with the specificity of organization of independent work of engineering students. Professional activities of a highly qualified specialist in the engineering industry requires independence of thought, a comprehensive analysis of the phenomena of reality, highlighting their significant and the adoption on the basis of this analysis, effective engineering solutions. Independent work of students in learning mathematics is an important form of educational activity of students. Organization of independent work of students in the process of mathematical training on the basis of professional orientation with the use of modern information technologies increases the level of development of mental operations, intellectual skills, the assimilation of mathematical knowledge, integrated cognitive abilities. In General it promotes activization of educational activity and the formation of mathematical culture of students. Independent work in learning mathematics provides opportunities for the development of future engineers, technical and logical thinking, and ability to solve complex engineering issues. The multidimensional nature of the problem of modernization of the mathematical training of future engineers determines the relevance of an integrated approach to the organization of extracurricular activities. Integrity, systematic, unifying focus is the key concept of independent component mathematical education of engineering students.

INTEGRATION OF SCIENCE AND EDUCATION AS A CONDITION OF HIGHER MEDICAL AND PHARMACEUTICAL SCHOOL’ DEVELOPMENT (19TH-EARLY 20TH CENTURY)

The article highlights the features of integration of science and education in the higher medical and pharmaceutical schools during the 19th – early 20th century on the example of Kharkiv University based on the study of historical and pedagogical literature. The article outlines that such integration has been predetermined by idea of European classical University. It was noted that scientific direction was an integral element of educational activity of the members of Kharkiv University’ Medical, Physics and Mathematics Faculties. It was proved that there were factors that led the integration of science and education in the Medical and Physical-mathematical faculties. Among them: the development of the legal framework of University life; involvement of foreign scientists and national experts that passed scientific training in the West; improvement of teaching; participation of teachers in promoting research; initiative and activities of educators on the organization of research work of students; establishing a clear system of incentives for students to research; revitalization of scientific societies.

Results in fields of electromechanics and energy saving received by scientific staff of Automatic Control Systems and Electric Drive Department at Kremenchuk Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi National University during the fifteenth years are considered. The development stages and significant increase of personnel and scientific potential were shown by number of specialized editions publications, leaded conferences, seminars, exhibitions, defended doctoral and candidate theses. All this is evidence of fidelity of selected work direction and confirmation of stable development of Scientific School “Energy Saving, Diagnostics And Monitoring In Electromechanics Systems, Improvement Of Electric Energy Accounting Devices”

THE FORMATION OF INTEGRATED SYSTEM OF PHYSICS KNOWLEDGE ON THE BASE OF COMPLEX USING OF VIRTUAL AND REAL EXPERIMENT

One of the unsolved problems, which related with the implementation of the standards of physical education to the knowledge of natural sciences of graduates, is a problem of interconnections of empirical and theoretical research methods in the cognitive activity. Solving this problem is due to the improvement of learning methods, in particular mastering the methods of cognition, development of skills of cognitive activity. The leading role in this belongs to learning physical experiment, the modern trend of development of which is the use of ICT. Considerable methodical, practical and ideological potential to solve the problem of the relationship of virtual and real experiment in learning physics has wave optics. In order to test the model of system of educational experiment, that developed by us, was created methodical and logistical support of its implementation. This providing is an educational and methodical complex of experimental study of wave optics, it ensures the implementation of capabilities of real and virtual experiment, meets the requirements of the pedagogical synergy, ergonomics and the basic principles of modern paradigm of education. The article examines the impact of the comprehensive introduction of the real learning physical experiment in combination with the means of information technologies on the formation of a complete system of knowledge about physical objects and the implementation of a new model of system of educational physical experiment in high school in the study of wave optics.
