Innovation of Information and Communication Technologies Applications at Education
FOURTH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION AND NEW EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS Sivyakova G., Koval T., Istomina N., Romanenko S. (download) [in Russian]
|
New requirements for university graduates are being considered in the light of the development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Informatization of enterprises, smart technologies, robots, unmanned aerial vehicles cause the emergence of new professions and, consequently, new educational programs. Industry 4.0 requires readiness not only to introduce new methods and means of teaching, but also to change the meaning and content of technical education. Additive technologies are one of the main world trends mentioned in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Manufacturing companies working in the field of additive technologies require a completely different type of educated specialists than ordinary engineers - capable of supporting complex engineering products, processes and systems in the modern environment throughout the life cycle: planning - designing - producing - applying. Training of specialists of this level is the main task of higher education.
Keywords: Fourth industrial revolution, additive technologies, educational program, 3D-engineering.

THE ASSESSMENT OF THE EFFICIENCY OF THE GENERATION OF ENGINEERING SPESIALISTS’ PROFESSIONAL AND PRACTICAL COMPETENCES Serhiienko S., Chornyi O. (download) [in Ukrainian]
|
It is demonstrated that a competent specialist can be efficiently formed via the creation of new approaches to the professional and practical component of training – a laboratory workshop. An alternative of carrying out laboratory workshops for the students of engineering specialties of educational establishments on the basis of virtual laboratory complexes identical to real physical stands is considered. The basic requirements to virtual complexes are formulated and the graphic programming environment LabVIEW is proposed as the platform for their creation. An experimental assessment of virtual complex influence on the process of students’ practical training is performed. The efficiency of the use of the virtual laboratory complexes in specialists training is proved on the basis of the data statistical processing. The distance-function-based method of the analysis of the process and the assessment of the efficiency of students’ performance of the laboratory work is demonstrated. The criteria for the assessment of the efficiency of student’s performance of the work are created using Euler’s, Hamming’s and Chebyshev’s metrics. The particular metrics influence on the total assessment criterion is analyzed. The obtained results make it possible to grade the work process from “bad” to “very good”.
Key words: competences generation, laboratory workshop, virtual laboratory complex, assessment criteria, performance efficiency.

The idea of furcation is considered as one of the possible ways for introducing the choice of learning content. It has been determined the furcation’s role in the history of didactic systems and possible ways of its implementation in current conditions. The concept of didactic choice has been defined and the method of its introduction into higher education has been offered. The pedagogical design of didactic choice comprises the following stages: prestarting-and-motivational, motivational-and-directed, procedural-and-active, estimating, and corrective.

VERBAL CHARACTERISTIC AS AN ALTERNATIVE FORM ASSESSMENT OF STUDENT’S KNOWLEDGE Kuznetsova I. (download) [in Ukrainian]
|
In the paper the verbal characteristic is considered as an alternative to the assessment of knowledge in the scores, abilities and skills of students. A historical recension of the use of verbal assessment in pedagogical practice is carried out. The views of prominent teachers of the second half of the 19th century are presented, that is, the introduction of verbal characteristics in the pedagogical process. M. Pirogov sought to overcome the formality of control, in particular examinations. P. Kapterev proposed to replace grades in scores with written characteristics. S. Myropolsky considered the points a temporary means of evaluating knowledge, which should be replaced by good teaching. M. Chekhov proposed a new system of assessment which would indicate the degree of assimilation and the student's relation to the subject. Alchevska school became the observation of ideas for observing the development of students during the study. Presented generalized views of these teachers regarding the disadvantages of the evaluation system in points. Examples of the use of verbal knowledge of students at present are given.
Key words: аssessment in points, verbal characteristic, knowledge control.

PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTORS OF THE SELECTION OF THE PATIENT PARTNER Litvinova O., Zlakoman A. (download) [in Ukrainian]
|
The article examines the main psychological theories of foreign and domestic scientists on the issue of choosing a potential partner for marriage and the creation of a family. The urgency of studying this problem during the period of economic, political, social changes in our society is grounded, which lead to an increase in the number of divorces, especially in the early years of married life. The problem of choice is defined as a factor in satisfying the needs of the individual, caused by the unconscious projection of the image of one of the parents on a potential candidate for husbands (wives). The process of choosing a marriage partner and its factors from the point of view of B. Murstein’s theory of «stimulus-value-role», the theory of «filters» A. Kerkhoff and K. Davis, the theory of complementary needs of K. Davis, «circular theory of love» A. Reis, the psychoanalysis of S. Freud and K. Jung. The emphasis is that in most theories the main factors in choosing a marriage partner are: spatial proximity; established ideas about the ideal partner; an example of their own parents and an attempt to find a partner who would be like a father or mother; the desire of the individual for self-affirmation and the idea of a partner that would allow it to be realized and the like.
Key words: choice, marriage partner, needs, values, principle of equality, projection, coordinated sequence of «filters», the stage of development of relations.
