In December 2024, due to numerous technical malfunctions in the university’s server infrastructure, critical damage occurred to the equipment, including the failure of server hard drives, with no possibility of data recovery. As a result, the journal’s main website was completely lost, as was the electronic publishing system deployed on the Open Journal Systems platform.
In order to ensure operational stability, data security, and the continuity of the editorial and publishing process, the journal’s editorial board decided to migrate the journal’s website and editorial system to a third-party server infrastructure using cloud technologies.
As part of the relaunch, the website’s design has been revamped: from now on, each issue of the journal will have its own page, and a separate page will be created for each research article. This will improve navigation, accessibility, and search engine indexing.
The editorial staff has developed a phased plan to restore access to all archived issues of the journal.
We are pleased to announce that we have successfully resumed publication of the journal. The website is currently under development, and we are working to make it as user-friendly and functional as possible.
