Інтеграція цифрових інструментів у процесі викладання дисципліни «Англійська мова спеціальності» для майбутніх юристів у сучасній вищій освіті

Анотація

У статті досліджується трансформаційний вплив інтеграції цифрових інструментів у навчальну програму з дисципліни «Англійська мова за професійним спрямуванням» (ESP) для студентів юридичних спеціальностей, зокрема аналізуються педагогічні зрушення, зафіксовані станом на початок 2026 року. На тлі стрімкої цифровізації юридичної професії, що характеризується поширенням смартконтрактів, юриспруденції на основі штучного інтелекту та цифрових активів, у дослідженні оцінюється перехід від традиційного механічного навчання до активного професійного моделювання. Застосовуючи змішаний дизайн дослідження за участю 120 студентів бакалаврату, робота порівнює результати традиційної контрольної групи та експериментальної групи, яка використовувала агентний ШІ (Agentic AI), платформи для спільної роботи над документами (Google Workspace) та імерсивні віртуальні юридичні клініки. Результати свідчать, що цифрова інтеграція значно покращує засвоєння лексики: експериментальна група продемонструвала на 35% вищий рівень запам’ятовування складної юридичної термінології. Крім того, використання спеціалізованих великих мовних моделей (LLMs) та інструментів автоматизованого складання документів сприяло розвитку навичок професійного письма та підвищенню залученості студентів, причому 88% учасників зазначили зростання рівня готовності до професійної діяльності. Водночас дослідження висвітлює критичні етичні обмеження, зокрема потенційне зниження здатності до самостійного критичного мислення, ризики для академічної доброчесності та проблему «чорної скриньки» в алгоритмах прийняття рішень ШІ. У статті зроблено висновок, що у 2026 році та в подальшому юридична англійська мова повинна пріоритезувати «технологічну грамотність» як ключову компетентність. Пропонується збалансована модель навчання, де ШІ виступає допоміжним інструментом, а не заміною когнітивного правового аналізу.
